These reports indicate how much of your firm’s content JD Supra published over the past quarter, and the original sources of that content

Use this information to monitor your firm’s total thought leadership over 90 days, and to verify that you are earning valuable visibility for all of your content initiatives.

Notes and next steps:

  • Scan your list of ‘Websites Monitored” to ensure that JD Supra includes all of your strategically important thought leadership in your subscription. Is a new blog or podcast series missing from the list? Contact Client Services to ensure JD Supra editors include the feed in your subscription.
  • The 'Publishing Actvity' report includes the number of your webinars and events promoted on JD Supra during the quarter. (If you’re not yet participating, click for more information about this valuable offering)
  • If your subscription includes a content volume limit, this section reports that information as well. If your firm is reaching content limits, consider expanding your subscription to guarantee ongoing visibility for all of your thought leaders.

Questions to bring to your Publishing reports:

  • Is JD Supra publishing content from all of our outlets, channels, blog posts, and thought leadership initiatives?
  • Is JD Supra monitoring a source/URL that we no longer update (ie., an old blog, an out-of-date archive since changed)? (If yes, please let our editors to know so we can update our records)
  • Is our volume (total number of posts) up or down for the current quarter? If down, how can I focus our thought leaders to produce more work? If up, are we reaching our content limits?
  • Have we promoted upcoming webinars and in-person events over the past quarter? Don't miss the opportunity!
